TIME SENSITIVE. A $15 million federal class action settlement covering all U.S. owners and primary users of Generac PWRcell systems with SnapRS 801 or 801A components received preliminary approval on January 13, 2026. The claim filing deadline is August 24, 2026. Any client who is a current owner or primary user of a PWRcell system at the time of filing is automatically a class member and will be bound by the settlement release unless they opt out. Clients who wish to preserve their individual claims against Generac must opt out before the opt-out deadline.
