Fee Arrangement
Mubarak, Sherif & Oladipo, PLLC handles certain solar claims on a contingency fee basis, meaning attorney’s fees are owed only if there is a financial recovery in your matter. However, you may be responsible for case costs and litigation expenses regardless of the outcome of your case. The specific terms of any fee arrangement will be explained in writing at your initial consultation before any representation begins.

TIME SENSITIVE. A $15 million federal class action settlement covering all U.S. owners and primary users of Generac PWRcell systems with SnapRS 801 or 801A components received preliminary approval on January 13, 2026. The claim filing deadline is August 24, 2026. Any client who is a current owner or primary user of a PWRcell system at the time of filing is automatically a class member and will be bound by the settlement release unless they opt out. Clients who wish to preserve their individual claims against Generac must opt out before the opt-out deadline.
